DIPROM Center 4 Opens for Udon Thani SMEs to Join Upcycling Project

Pushes local fashion items to sustainability

April 30, 2026

The Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM), through the Industrial Promotion Center Region 4, has officially announced the opening of applications for the "Circular Design Product – Upcycle Product" activity for the 2026 fiscal year. This initiative aims to elevate Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) specifically within the fashion and lifestyle industries located in Udon Thani province. The program focuses on providing in-depth consultancy to develop creative products based on the Circular Economy model and Upcycle Product principles, transforming waste materials into high-value goods that meet commercial market demands.

A key highlight of this project is the support for entrepreneurs to learn waste reduction techniques and assess the decrease in carbon footprint resulting from their operations, enhancing their competitive edge in the green economy. To ensure maximum efficiency in providing personalized guidance and developing actual product prototypes and packaging, the program is strictly limited to only 2 enterprises. Interested entrepreneurs in Udon Thani can apply from now until May 5, 2026, free of charge. For further information, please contact Ms. Suphantha Chitlekha at 098-391-0242 or Mr. Sivarulh Sansuk at 063-146-7739.
